Share Your Expertise with Our Community

Become a content contributor.

Our content professionals work every day to bring you updates on evolving developments, tools and best practices for implementing and administering equity plans. We also know that to truly be the ultimate resource, we need multiple inputs. That’s why we love content contributors!

Hearing from members of the stock plan community means we get to share different perspectives, ideas, and experiences from industry professionals outside of our own team, in their own words.

Topics of Interest

Our audience primarily consists of professionals who design and administer equity compensation plans. Employees who participate in stock plans are not our audience and are served by other organizations.

We are currently seeking contributions on the following topics:

  • Domestic and global mobility, particularly relative to COVID-19 remote work

  • Global stock plans best practices and insights

  • Country specific insights, tools our resources for Canada, China, France, India and United Kingdom

  • Issuer case studies: Got an innovative practice, hack or tool to share?

Content Formats

You can contribute content suitable for the following formats:

  • Article or White Paper

  • Blog

  • Podcast

Content Guidelines

Use our quick form on this page to submit any existing content you'd like to share with our audience.

Before creating new content for submission, we strongly encourage you to contact our content team with your idea. We will be happy to provide feedback and answer any questions. Send us an email at content@naspp.com with your resource idea or concept.

Below are some tips for planning your content submission.

Articles and White Papers

We seek articles in a variety of formats. Before deciding on a format, please contact us to see if your intended approach fits our current needs.

Blog

Guest authored blogs receive a byline credit when published to our site. In writing your blog, keep the following in mind:

  • We seek unique content for the blog that is not currently published anywhere else. If you have other content that would make a great blog, please refine it to differentiate from content published elsewhere

  • Our ideal blog is 1,000-2,000 words in length

  • Blogs may be submitted in MS Word and are subject to editorial review

  • Blogs must be educational or informative and may not promote a particular product, firm or service

Podcast

Our Equity Expert podcast features conversations spanning equity compensation and career topics. Some of our most popular guests have shared insights on stock plan trends or their real life stories about how a challenge or new idea was tackled. We love creativity in sharing an approach or best practice!

To be a featured guest on the podcast, contact us with your idea.

  • Podcast episodes are typically 15-45 minutes in length

  • Episodes are guided by an outline of topics/speaking points, there is no formal presentation

  • Our podcast is currently audio-only (no video)

  • The podcast series is available to all NASPP website visitors, as well as available on public podcast apps such as Apple, Spotify, and Stitcher

Template or Sample Document

Some of our most popular resources are samples - documents shared by the community. We love sharing sample checklists, policies, templates (you know, for that really complex calculation) and employee communications.

In sharing a sample, you we will "genericize" the resource. This involves removing your company name and all references to your company. We'll take care of this for you, so all you need to do is upload the resource.

Webinar

We regularly host educational webinars on a variety of topics. Our members love hearing the "how-to" and best practices for stock plans, along with practical guidance on how to navigate the latest regulatory trends.

We love a good brainstorm, so feel free to send us an idea for a webinar. Check out our most recent webinars to see what's been on our radar.
