What You'll Walk Away Knowing

Each session is built around what equity professionals actually encounter on the job—not just theory, but practical knowledge you can apply from day one.

The features and real-world mechanics of the most common equity award types—stock options, RSUs, ESPPs, and more
How to identify taxable income events and manage employer withholding and reporting obligations
Policies and procedures for running an equity program that's compliant and efficient
How equity plans must comply with U.S. securities laws—and the best practices to get there
How equity compensation flows through financial statements and impacts company profitability under ASC 718

How the Course Works

Six weekly live sessions, each two hours, give you real-time access to equity experts—ask questions as they come up, not after the fact. Every session is recorded, so a busy week doesn't mean falling behind. Supporting materials give you references you'll actually return to after the course ends, and short knowledge checks after each module help make sure it sticks.
