The Equity Compensation Outlook is a benchmark and thought leadership collaboration between the NASPP and Fidelity Investments, developed with the recognition that a changing and uncertain landscape is creating an urgent need for companies to evolve their equity strategies.
This multi-faceted program seeks to provide actionable data insights and essential guidance for professionals across stock plan administration, HR, compensation, and benefits. The program first launched in 2021 with a focus on employee mobility, performance awards, grant policies, and participant education.
The 2022 program features three distinct survey touchpoints and regular expert analysis throughout the year ahead on hot button issues in equity compensation: staffing, ESPP policies, and tax reporting.
