For 4 ½ years, Jen worked at Fidelity focusing on client service in large plan payroll and executive compensation. Next, Jen held a variety of roles over 14+ years including Solutions Architect, Product Manager, and Senior RM/VP at Morgan Stanley at Work (previously Solium and Transcentive) where she continued building on her industry knowledge and Shareworks (SW) expertise.
As an MD with ISP Advisors for 3 ½ years, Jen assisted clients with their equity compensation challenges and triumphs and helped to build the SW practice and Channel Partner model. In January 2025, Jen joined Infinite Equity as a Director, partnering with clients on projects from short-term to long-term, IPOs, best practices, plan design, process optimization, and risk mitigation.
Jen has been a speaker at industry events, webinars, and conferences. She has a BA in communications from UNH, an MBA from Rivier University, is a CEP, a GEO Fellow, and a Certified SW Master.

Katherine has over 20 years of experience in equity and executive compensation and enjoys building Excel tools to help automate, audit, and enhance the equity administration function. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Binghamton University and attained her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation in 2015.
Katherine is married with two tweens, a rescue dog and two cats. She lives close to family in southwest Connecticut.

Jeremy joined Fidelity Investments in 2001. Prior to his role with Fidelity Workplace Consulting, he managed strategic client equity compensation administration relationships as a VP, Managing Director in the Fidelity Stock Plan Services business. He joined Fidelity originally as a finance director, focused on both product and strategic business development.
Jeremy received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and his Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College. He earned the Certified Equity Professional designation from the Certified Equity Professional Institute and has his Series 7 securities registration.

Greg combines his experiences in consulting and corporate human resources to provide strategic, practical, and implementable solutions. He works with companies across industry to evaluate, design, and implement compensation programs that align the organization’s business strategy with the management team that is tasked with executing the strategy.
His recent projects have emphasized his experience in IPOs, helping HR teams to drive value and manage enterprise risk through IPO workforce planning and costing, executive and equity plan design, stock plan administration implementation, and employee communications.

John Hammond, CEP, Aon
John has been a speaker at a variety of meetings and conferences on a wide range of issues surrounding equity compensation, communication, administration, and reporting requirements. John has been an active member of NASPP since 1999. John has also been a member of GEO since shortly after its formation in 1999, attending its first international conference in 2000 and having been a speaker at international events on 3 continents.
John has served in a variety of industry leadership roles including NASPP officer roles and president of both the Philadelphia and Carolina chapters. John served as a member of the NASPP Executive Advisory Committee for 6 years and received a NASPP 10-year service award in 2017 and an Individual Achievement Award in 2018. Additionally, John earned his Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation in 2000 and served on the CEP Advisory Board from 2010 – 2017 and chaired the board from 2013 – 2014. John became a Fellow of Global Equity in 2020, recognized for his high level of experience, significant industry knowledge and ability, and for his positive impact on the global share ownership community.
Dave Lanka, CEP, Bank of America
Dave holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University, and in 2003, he earned the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation. In addition, he holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Dave voluntarily served on the Technical Oversight Board for multiple GPS: Guidance | Procedures | Systems research projects conducted by the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) on topics including Global Stock Plans, Performance Awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and Participant Education and Communication. He also is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) New York/New Jersey chapter board.
Dave resides in New Jersey with his wife and his two sons, and when he is not working, Dave enjoys coaching youth sports, teaching both typical and special needs individuals.

Continuing Education
Certified Equity Professionals (CEPs) may earn continuing education credit for attendance. CEPs must keep their own records of their attendance, including the specific sessions attended, so they can report this information to the CEP Institute when required.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits are available for those who attend this summit. Requirements to obtain these credits will be announced at the event’s opening. These credits would fall under the “Group-Live” delivery type under the “Specialized Knowledge” field of study. The maximum number of credits that can be earned at this event is Six (6).

The National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of Accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its web site: www.nasbaregistry.org.
In addition to CPE Credits (for CPAs), there will also be CE credits available for those with the CEP or ECA designation.
